CORPORATE WORKSHOPS

Cultivating happy employees, who are full of energy, motivation, and creativity is not only good for business, but is great for the workplace, and ultimately creates a happier world.

For the past 30 years I’ve lead hundreds of workshops, both domestically and internationally, where I teach people how to live mindful, healthy, creative lives using tools like yoga, meditation, writing, and art journaling.

Some of the biggest issues in the modern workplace are stress, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and showing up authentically. Each of these challenges can lead to lack of motivation, poor performance, ultimately, burn out. However, when people feel good in their bodies, have a calm mind and can access their creativity they feel confident, inspired and happy.

My specialty is designing programs to cultivate creative collaboration, to help people think outside the box, and to develop emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

Workshops and retreats are customized for your needs and range from short half-day workshops up to week long retreats. Together we can tailor a workshop or retreat that fits your needs and best matches your organization’s culture.

If you’re looking for a unique way to build better teams for your organization through the cultivation of emotional intelligence and the ability to listen well, let’s start a conversation.

What does it look like?
Let’s say you want to work on team building to develop trust and collaboration between people…
We can create a collective art piece together that will teach risk taking, letting go of control, and problem solving from different perspectives. At the end of the session, each person will take with them a piece of the art project as a reminder of the process.

Perhaps you’re hoping to support people to feel good in their bodies while at work…
I have tips and tools for getting the blood flowing throughout the day, easy stretches they can do at their desks, and techniques for finding peace of mind within the chaos.

Maybe you’re working on cultivating more emotional intelligence in the workplace and want to offer people a way to safely express their feelings…
Art journaling is an amazing way to do that in a contained format, and gives participants a meaningful tangible memento.
