The holiday session of Bare Bones is devoted to rewiring ourselves and stepping into our wholeness so we can show up for ourselves and our loved ones in a sustainable way. It is about acknowledging some of the old stories and rewriting them to include every part of yourself, the whole enchilada! It is about leaning into what inspires and delights you NOW, not last year, or five years ago, but NOW. Come. Give yourself the gift of time to ponder, write, sit in circle with like minded people who know that life is about discovery and getting curious.

The Fall session of Bare Bones Writing will focus on letting go and grieving. We are all letting go and grieving all the time. It is a natural cycle of life and its mystery, though we don’t often have a place to express our grief about this cycle.
The writing prompts for this session will invite us to dive into what we are shedding naturally and what we may be grieving. Sitting in circle with other writers who are diving deeply within themselves is a sacred act and opportunity to know we are not alone.
