Portfolio Overview
My artwork is organized into distinct portfolios, each shaped by a place, experience, or moment in time.
I work intuitively, taking in the energy around me and translating it into line, color, and gesture. Each collection reflects a lived encounter—for example, At the Lake (2023) Paintings capturing the calm, flow, and quiet beauty of summer days at Cache Lake, Algonquin National Park; Becoming Light (2024) arose from the loss of my dog, Zara; In Bloom celebrates the rhythms of my Spokane garden and the delicate relationship between flowers and pollinators; and Tierra Viva (2025), a self-directed artist residency in Colombia, South America (2025) inspired explorations of light, movement, and landscape.
